Alcohol Poisoning

If you drink or have friends who drink, take a minute and learn the symptoms of alcohol poisoning.

Symptoms of Alcohol Poisoning:

• confusion,stupor
• vomiting without waking up
• seisures
• slow breathing (less than 10 breaths per minute)
• irregular breathing
• bluish skin or pale skin
• low body temperature
• cannot be awakened by pinching, poking or shouting

Not every person will have all of these symptoms. The basic message is, if someone has had too much to drink and is in this state, GET HELP.

NEVER leave an intoxicated person alone to "sleep it off".

ALWAYS call 911 for help.

The legal drinking age is 21.
