User Support Services
The goal of User Support Services is to provide exceptional support in the use of computing and information technology resources in a responsive, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
User Support Services strives to assist the University community to accomplish their educational and administrative goals through the appropriate use of information technologies. The first point of contact most faculty and staff have with User Support Services is through our Help Desk. If the Help Desk is not able to resolve your issue directly they will coordinate assistance from other areas within Information Technology and see your issue through to its resolution.

- Walk-in Technology Support - provides in-person technology support for your portable computer and campus technology.
