Take the e-TOKE now!

The electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience (e-TOKE) is a brief marijuana-specific assessment and feedback tool designed to reduce marijuana use among college students. The assessment only takes 10-15 minutes to complete and requires a Javascript enabled browser. It is also self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator. This is your opportunity to remain honest with yourself about your habits. If you are concerned with the results of e-TOKE, please print out the results and set up an appointment with one of our counselors to discuss them.

Please click the image at the top of this page to access the e-TOKE application, or click here. When you access the e-TOKE application, you will be prompted to enter some general information about yourself. In addition to demographic information, you enter your marijuana use, your lifestyle, and your spending patterns. After all of this information is submitted, it is validated and processed. The calculations involve a large number of variables and compares your results to national and local college norms. Then, the information is displayed in easy to read (or print) format.

This self-assessment is anonymous and confidential. The information you supply and the results of the assessment are not tied to your CCSU ID number and are not distributed to the Counseling and Wellness Center or any department affiliated with the university.

Please contact us at 860-832-1945 if you would like to setup an appointment with a counselor.
