Anne B. Alling, Chief Human Resources Officer
		Anne B. Alling, the University’s Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2005, has over 24 years’ experience in human resources and labor relations positions with the State of Connecticut. She has served at the University of Connecticut, Eastern Connecticut State University, the State Office of Labor Relations, and the Department of Revenue Services.     Ms. Alling’s skills and expertise in all areas of human resources include labor relations, employee relations, personnel administration, policy development and interpretation, employee recruitment and selection, training and ethics.     Ms. Alling earned a B.A. from Eastern Connecticut State University, her M.P.A from the University of Connecticut, and a Certificate in Labor Relations Studies from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
