EOP Acceptance Process:

Upon acceptance into CCSU's EOP, you will be asked to make an admissions deposit/payment similar to all incoming first year students.  This payment confirms that you plan to participate in the EOP summer program.  Please plan to make the deposit in the time frame requested.  Here is the link:

Additionally, you should plan to do the following items (forms can be obtained via links or bottom of page):

     Health Forms (Mandatory)

            1) complete the EOP Emergency Contact and Insurance Information form

            2) complete the Connecticut State University Student Health Service Form:

           1) It is important that you complete the

                 COMPLETE THE PRE-REGISTRATION SURVEY ONLINE.

 

It is important for you to read everything in this booklet before you complete your “Pre-Registration Survey” online, as this information will help you understand how to answer many of the questions found on the Survey. Your responses will be considered by your CACE Advisor for the preparation of your preliminary course schedule, so it is important that you complete this form yourself, expressing your own interests and preferences. Please follow the instructions below to complete and submit your Pre-Registration Survey. You will not be registered for classes until your online form is submitted.

 

  • Visit the CACE website (www.ccsu.edu/cace), click on Students and Alumni. Then, in the Incoming Freshmen section, select Pre-Registration Survey.
  • Complete the Pre-Registration Survey carefully and accurately.
  • Select the CACE Advising Day session (and alternate) you and your parents would like to attend.
  • If you have not activated your BlueNet account or @my.ccsu.edu email account, your Pre-Registration Survey will not be accepted and your registration will not be processed!

 

Your responses will be considered by your CACE advisor for the preparation of your preliminary fall course schedule, so it is important that you complete this form yourself, expressing your own interests and preferences
