Levels of Support Level 1: Full SupportFull support is provided to computers with Windows 2000, XP, or Vista, or Mac OS 10.2 or above. As long as you are using a licensed version of a supported operating system, you are allowed to connect to the residential network and we will provide full support to assist you with connecting.
Level 2: Limited SupportLimited (or "best effort") support is provided to computers with Mac OS 10.0. As long as you are using a licensed version of the operating system, you should be able to connect to the residential network and we will provide our best effort to assist you with connecting.
Level 3: UnsupportedUnsupported computers include those with Windows 98, ME, NT4, Linux, or Mac OS 9 and below. These are operating systems that the manufacturers do not provide patches and updates for and are therefore considered unsafe to be on our network. Any updates or operating systems that are still in beta or testing are not supported. You may be able to establish a connection to the residential network on your own, but we are unable to provide technical support should you experience problems.
