We are so happy that you are looking to join our campus community here at CCSU and we hope that you will find all of the information you need here on our New Student Orientation website. This website is designed to offer you, either as a first-year or a transfer student, the necessary tools to ease your transition into college life at CCSU and to assist you in preparing for our Orientation programming. We also hope to provide you with important information about your Academic Advising Days; a pre-Orientation program that focuses on course registration, academic requirements and an introduction to campus life.

If you are a first-year student, please visit the First-Year Student page by selecting the “First-Year Student” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will find all of the information that you and your family may need to prepare for your first college experience.

If you are a transfer student, please select the “Transfer Student” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will find information designed to assist you in transitioning from your current college to CCSU. We understand how difficult and frustrating this transition can be for students so we hope that you will find the information provided as helpful as possible.

We also have a page dedicated to providing specific information for parents/guardians relating to: important dates, Advising Day/Orientation schedules, tuition information, billing instructions, student resources, academic resources and campus culture.
