Enabling Activities:

- Completion of all DPW/DOT/DEP requirements and permit processes.
- Design/Construction of Residence Halls to be located next to Student Center Parking Garage.
- New Residence Halls - submitted DPW B-100 request for design and construction of a new 600-bed residence hall.
- CSUS has authorized University designated fund balances for an RFP (request for proposal) for design/build options for this building to expedite the overall project process.
