Enabling Activities:

- New Classroom/Office Building totaling 75,055 (GSF). CSU received legislative approval for selection of Architect/Engineering consultant and is awaiting contract approval. Construction is estimated to take three years from completion of design and bond approval.
- Engineering Lab totaling 5,000 sq. ft. CCSU funding has been received project is in design phase. Will be constructed in 2010-11.
- Library addition totaling 161,980 GSF.
