Course Description:
In this workshop, participants will develop leadership capabilities and strategies appropriate for working with diverse groups and ensuring social justice. This workshop is open to schools (teachers and administrators) and public organizations (leaders and staff.)

Instructor Dr. Olesegun Sogunro is a Professor of Educational Leadership at Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, Connecticut. His research interests include leadership, diversity and social justice, and adult and development education.
