Construction Materials Quantity Take-Off
Course Description:
Participants will be introduced to the advanced theories of Material Quantity Take-Offs within the project specifications and contract drawings. Emphasis will be on understanding architectural drawings and project specifications. Participant will conduct quantity take-offs utilizing traditional methods along with on-line take-off tools.

Instructor Basia E. Pontello is an alumnus of CCSU with a B.S. in Construction Management, cum laude. Ms Pontello is a Certified Associate Constructor, and received the CT AGC distinction of Construction Supervisor of the Year on 2008. Her 25-plus years of experience in the construction industry are within the commercial and residential sectors.
