Advanced Construction Cost Estimating
Course Description:
Participants will be introduced to the advanced theories of Construction Cost Estimating utilizing on-line tools, excel spreadsheets and the Means Cost Book. Emphasis will be on pricing labor, material, and equipment costs. Participants will understand labor production rates in this instructor lead course, along with hands-on experience with actual CT State construction projects.

Instructor Basia E. Pontello is an alumnus of CCSU with a B.S. in Construction Management, cum laude. Ms Pontello is a Certified Associate Constructor, and received the CT AGC distinction of Construction Supervisor of the Year on 2008. Her 25-plus years of experience in the construction industry are within the commercial and residential sectors.
