Participants will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of Construction covering various topics such as; Contract Drawings and Specifications, Material Quantity Take-Off, Estimating, Contracts, Scheduling and Sequencing, Construction Forms – Working Documents, Certified Payroll Reports/AIA Payment Applications, DOL/OSHA Requirements

Instructor Basia E. Pontello is an alumnus of CCSU with a B.S. in Construction Management, cum laude. Ms Pontello is a Certified Associate Constructor, and received the CT AGC distinction of Construction Supervisor of the Year on 2008. Her 25-plus years of experience in the construction industry are within the commercial and residential sectors.
