Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Course Description:
Green Belts are Six Sigma practitioners who do process and product improvement project work. The focus of Six Sigma is to reduce and control variation and waste in our processes based on the importance to the customer and the business needs. This training makes extensive use of hands-on exercises, utilizing the project and data candidates bring to class. An introduction to the principles of Design, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) will be discussed. Some projects will be advanced significantly during the training period as teams will be applying the newly learned techniques on their projects. (WIA Approved)

Instructor Dr. Michael Todhunter is President of Mesa Consulting Group, Inc. He has over 35 years of experience in statistical analysis and design of experiments and over 25 years of work in quality management and consulting. He has helped several clients become registered to ISO-9001, ISO/TS-16949 and AS9100. Dr. To hunter has been conducting Six Sigma workshops and assisting clients in successful Six Sigma implementation for over 15 years. He is known for his engaging training style and ability to clearly convey statistical concepts. Dr. To hunter is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified engineer (CQE), auditor (CQA) and manager of quality and organizational excellence (CMQOE) and a RABQSA registered Quality Management Systems Auditor.
