Instructor Bob Kennedy is an Associate with Leadership Research Institute. Subsequent to joining LRI over 10 years ago, Bob’s work has primarily been in the area of organizational and leadership effectiveness. Bob takes great pride in helping business leaders achieve their individual, team, and organizational goals. His specialty is providing custom solutions to difficult problems, while demonstrating measurable increases in key areas, such as leader credibility, employee engagement, and customer loyalty. Bob has served clients in financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. He received his B.S. in Finance from Central Connecticut State University, where he worked as an accountant in the business services department.
