Course Description:
This is a state required course that leads to a real estate sales license. It is highly recommended for those people seeking an appraisers license, homeowners, potential home buyers and sellers. This course provides basic knowledge of how the real estate industry works. The course includes an overview of the special language of closing sales and the laws governing its content.
