Whether you are a first-year student looking to make personal connections with  faculty and other students like you, or an upper classman looking to make a difference in your college community as a Peer Counselor while strengthening your résumé, you're in the right place!

The Latino Mentorship Program (LMP)

The Latino Mentorship Program provides continuous support for Latino USP graduates during their freshman year at CCSU to ensure their success and degree completion.  Throughout the Program, students are paired up with peer mentors as well as faculty and staff mentors; and are exposed to educational workshops that promote emotional intelligence, self-awareness, personal growth, and academic success.
