| President Miller Speaks about CCSU in Time of Change |
Layoffs, budget cuts, and the reorganization of higher education in Connecticut have contributed plenty to the stress levels of the campus community, but during President Jack Miller’s Opening Meeting, held in late August, he presented a strong argument for why change can be good for both the institution and students. |
| Recounting the University’s recent achievements, Miller said “We are not changing because we’re broken,” he said. “We’re making changes from a position of strength. We are doing well,” he emphasized and added, “Demonstrably, provably well.” Read full story here. |
