To back up your emails in Entourage:
- Click on File, then Export
- Verify that “Items to an Entourage archive” is checked. Also check which items you want to back up (Usually check “All items”).
- Click on the Next arrow located in the bottom right side of the Export box
- Next it will ask you if you want to delete Archived Items - verify that “NO” is selected.
- Next it will prompt you to enter file name. Enter a file name. The location will default to your Documents folder which is a good
place. Click on Save. Once it finishes exporting, click Done.
