ITS Vision Statement
- The University's vision includes becoming a premier northern regional university, as identified by nationally recognized assessments, by 2005. Information Technology Services (ITS) will be instrumental in helping the University achieve that vision, specifically, Tier II standing in the U. S. News and World Report ranking of colleges and universities.
- ITS will achieve significant improvements in customer satisfaction through a reduction in the unmet needs of all constituents, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and business and community stakeholders.
- The ITS department will be an active participant in the life of the University and will be recognized for excellence by outside organizations, such as international university information technology trade organizations (e.g., EDUCAUSE, Yahoo!), higher education associations (e.g., AAHE, ACUTA, NACUBO), and quality improvement award organizations (e.g.,CQIA).
