| Why am I getting verification emails from CCSU? |

In accordance with the Student E-communication Policy, Technical Services is verifying that all addresses entered by students are valid. To verify email addresses (including on campus and off campus addresses), all students will be receiving a verification email which contains a link that must be clicked. There are two reasons why students will be sent verification emails:
- If the student chooses to forward their CCSU email to a non "ccsu.edu" address by using the https://accounts.ccsu.edu web page.
- Periodically during the semester to ensure that the mailbox is still active.

| What do I have to do with these verification emails? |

These emails contain a link to the verification page. Please do not ignore these messages and follow the directions within the email! They will be from CCSU Verification (noreply-verify@ccsu.edu).
The new CCSU email policy states that all students are responsible for ensuring their email account is properly maintained in order to receive University messages.

| What if I didn't get the email or if I need it sent again? |

Please visit https://accounts.ccsu.edu/wacctmgt/verify.asp and follow the directions to have the verification email resent to you.
