Currently account creation for faculty and staff is a manual process due to the complexity of linking the separate systems we have here on campus. Please submit your account creation form as soon as you can so that we can provide timely service. Accounts are usually created within 1 to 2 days of the submission provided that your personnel records are within the system. Because of how the systems on campus (Pipeline, Blackboard Vista, email, etc) are linked together, we cannot create accounts without those records in place.

Part-time faculty please contact Continuing Ed and full time faculty and administrative users please contact personnel if you are having problems with your records. Since it is a manual process, if we are inundated with account requests (i.e. the week before the beginning or the end of the semester) we can not guarantee your account will be ready in that 1 to 2 day time period.

Students can create and activate their own account by using the Accounts Management page at the following address: https://accounts.ccsu.edu/ (please note the https as this site only functions over a secure connection).

When visiting the Central Pipeline login page you will also see this information under the section titled "Do you need..."
