ImageNow is a document imaging and management tool for document imaging and management solutions. With the click of a mouse button, ImageNow allows you to scan, file, retrieve, print, fax, or distribute electronic objects.

ImageNow is used by more than 150 customers on our campus in more than 60 departments changing the way paper is handled, saving time, space and allowing users to communicate efficiently and accurately.

As documents are scanned and indexed, the images can be retrieved simultaneously by different users on campus at the click of a mouse. Since the document is indexed electronically, there is no need to manually file the paper; there is also no chance that the document will be misplaced or mishandled.

Documents in ImageNow are currently scanned by Accounts Payable, Financial Aid and Registrars, Graduate Office departments and accessed by departments throughout our campus.
