SCRUM: Agile Project Management Framework

This one day course will outline the Scrum framework

Are you ready to cut the waste from an implementation process? Scrum is the solution. Agile project management is a project management methodology based on the idea that projects must be able to adapt to ever changing business needs on the fly based on current conditions. Although this statement seems obvious, traditional project management methodologies do not consider this foundational truth. Using Scrum we minimize risk by creating small work effort with continuous review and adaptation. There have been several approaches to agile project management over the years however Scrum has quickly become the go-to methodology for completing projects. The general consensus is about a 300% improvement on time management and delivery. This course provides context for what agile project management using Scrum is, its benefits, and how it differs from traditional project management. It also introduces roles, processes, and techniques to overcome the challenges of working on agile projects.
