Weekly Maintenance – Reminder

If you turn your computer off and leave it off overnight on Thursday, shortly after turning it back on, your computer will restart in order to install and apply any updates. If you leave your computer logged in Thursday night into Friday, you may lose any unsaved data you were working on when the computer restarts.

New Phone System
Information Technology is pleased to announce that we will be updating our phone system over the summer of 2016. The current Avaya phone system is over 20 years old and no longer being supported by the manufacturer. We will be moving to a new Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system. Over the next few weeks IT will share the training and deployment plan with the campus. We plan on offering training classes beginning later this month and will run through the end of September. We also hope to have all the phones deployed by mid-August.
Visit our VOIP information page for more information and updates.
