CAREER MOBILITYThe University makes available information on education and training opportunities, and provides notices of available positions and civil service examinations. PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT CENTER COURSES(IN-SERVICE) TRAINING The State's Department of Administrative Services offers courses and Total Quality programs through its Personnel Development Center. Most courses are open to all employees, but some are specifically for managers. The courses are in a broad range of skill areas which may be useful on the job, and are generally given during work hours. Courses are advertised through the Personnel Office for both Fall and Spring Semesters.
