*Even though the university requirement for Study Area III is only 6 credits, Honors students accrue 8 credits in this area.

** The lab science requirement of the university is NOT covered by the Honors Program curriculum. Honors students receive 4 credits in Study Area IV, but they must complete that area with a lab science course outside of the Honors curriculum.
