In
Connecticut, the legal definition of sexual assault generally includes any
kind of vaginal, anal, or oral
intercourse against a person’s will. It is also considered rape if a
person was unable to give consent
—for example, if passed out. Rape includes, vaginal or anal penetration
by fingers or other objects,
in addition to penetration by a penis or tongue.
