TO ALL WOMEN UNDER 26 years of age,
The University Health Service is now offering the HPV Vaccine (AKA GARDASIL).
It is a three dose series.
Recommended to women under the age of 26.
Please call for an appointment 860-832-1926.
Cost: $21.00 per dose
Although we do not bill insurance companies, we can provide the necessary paperwork to submit the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
