University Health Service operates as a pre-paid health plan.  We do not charge any fee
for an appointment. The ‘health fee’ for all appointments is automatically included in the
general fee collected along with tuition for full time students at the beginning of the academic year.  Patients may pay additional fees for a limited number of services including but not
limited to immunization updates, pregnancy tests and some lab fees and  in-house medications.

We will bill your university account through an e-bill. There is not need to have any money, check, blue
chip or credit card at the time of the visit.  We do not third party bill your insurance plan but will provide procedure and diagnostic codes when requested.
