For those who have elected the insurance plan through Chickering, the policy for 2008-2009 begins on
                   August 1, 2008  for the Fall Semester.

                   You can download a temporary card until you receive a permanent card in the upcoming weeks

                   You will need your student ID and proof of your date of birth in order to present your card to a
                   medical office, lab or pharmacy for your coverage validation.
