 Period Of Coverage: January 20, 2009 - July 31, 2009
 Deadline To Waive: January 26, 2009

                then click onto  'students: find your school' and the temporary card capability will be found under 'benefits'.
                Unfortunately, at this time you will print a page of 10 temporary cards from the company.
                We are working with Chickering to change this in the coming week.

For ALL FULL TIME Students entering in the Fall of 2008, you will be billed per term for the insurance. If you waive the policy for the Fall term and wish to elect the policy for the Spring term 2009, you will need to call the Bursar at 832-2010 to be billed for the insurance plan at the above-itemized costs above. If you waive the policy for the Fall term, the waiver will be applied forward to the Spring term 2009 for this policy.

For NEW Students entering in the Spring, you will be billed for the Spring term only ($413.00).
