The Center for Public Policy and Social Research (CPPSR) established an archival project in 2003 to serve as a "repository for the papers of Connecticut's political leaders--former governors, members of congress, principal legislators and noted appointed officials. CPPSR has been a partner with the U.S. Library of Congress in the Veterans History Project, which collects and preserves the oral histories of those who have served in U.S. wars, since 2005.
