 Registrations received BY January 31, 2007 will be billed as follows:

            Conference Fee:          $75.00 (includes breakfasts, afternoon breaks, lunches and reception.)

              I am a graduate student.           

                   Graduate Student Fee: $50.00 (includes all of the above)

Registrations received AFTER January 31, 2007 will be billed as follows:

            Conference Fee:          $100.00 (includes breakfasts, afternoon breaks, lunches and reception.)

            Graduate Student Fee: $75.00 (includes all of the above)
