Eligibility

Admission to IELP is open to high school graduates or persons with an equivalency diploma. Two years of work experience is also acceptable. A beginning-level knowledge of English is required. Admission to IELP does not constitute admission to CCSU.

Application Procedures (printable directions)

If you are Overseas Only:

  1. Complete an Application Form and an Affidavit of Support. You will need Acrobat Reader to view these document. If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download it here.

  2. Non-refundable Tuition Deposit: Money order or check drawn on a US bank payable to “CCSU,” for $100.

  3. Send the Application, Affidavit of Support and fee to:

The application must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the session you wish to attend. 

The application fee will be deducted from the tuition fee.

When the application is approved, we will send you a letter of acceptance and a Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20) which will enable you to apply for a student visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate nearest your home.

Tuition and insurance must be paid for by check drawn on a U.S. bank, by money order in U.S. dollars, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (no American Express) at the time of commencement at IELP. Neither CCSU nor IELP provides any financial assistance or scholarship.
