The application must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the session you wish to attend. 

The application fee will be deducted from the tuition fee.

When the application is approved, we will send you a letter of acceptance and a Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20) which will enable you to apply for a student visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate nearest your home.

Tuition and insurance must be paid for by check drawn on a U.S. bank, by money order in U.S. dollars, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (no American Express) at the time of commencement at IELP. Neither CCSU nor IELP provides any financial assistance or scholarship.

If you are a Currently in the US:

1. Complete an Application Form.
   You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document. If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download it here.

2. Non-refundable Application Fee: Money order or check drawn on a U.S. bank payable to IELP/CCSU, for $100. 

3. Send the Application and fee to:
