After completing a Bachelor’s Degree you may want to further your education with a Master’s degree. A Master’s degree can help you advance in your career at either an academic or industry job, improve your credentials for admission to a health career program or doctoral program, and open up teaching opportunities. You can find admission and program details for the Master’s in Biomolecular Sciences at CCSU here. A Master’s in BMS or similar science M.A. or M.S. will also qualify you to teach at a community college. If you would like to teach elementary school, middle school, or high school you can attend an accelerated teaching program. Many former BMS students have completed a program here at CCSU (http://web.ccsu.edu/seps/mat). Students in this 13 month program earn both teaching certification and a Master’s degree.
