Iamage of studentsThe Student’s Guide was designed to assist the athletic training student during the clinical experience in Central Connecticut State University’s athletic training facility and during assigned experiences with intercollegiate athletics.  The information was prepared to give insight into the guidelines, policies and procedures that should be adhered to by students pursuing the Athletic Training Major.  This information is to be used as a guide throughout the clinical experience, with the understanding that at times occurrences will take place that are not addressed in this manual.  Should an incidence occur that is not addressed, the athletic training student should then consult with a clinical instructor to get clarification.  The student is expected to read this manual and follow the guidelines that have been established.
