New England Association of Schools and Colleges

     Central Connecticut State University is currently undergoing a 10-year review for the New England Association of
     Schools and Colleges (NEASC),
Commission on Institutions of Higher Education (CIHE), using the standards adopted
     by NEASC in 2005. Committees made up of CCSU faculty, staff and students are in the process of preparing a self-
     study, comprising three sections: documentation, appraisal, and projection. A NEASC-appointed team will conduct a site
     visit at CCSU from October 19 through October 22, 2008.

     This web site will be used to keep the campus community informed of the progress being made toward the self-study,
     while also serving as a site for documenting data and evidence pertaining to each of the eleven NEASC standards.
     Additional information regarding scheduled NEASC Standard Committee meetings as well as Town meetings will also be
     provided in the links below.
