Six Sigma
Green Belt Certification
Green Belts are Six Sigma
practitioners that do
process and product
improvement project work.
The focus of Six Sigma is to
reduce and control variation
and waste in our processes
based on the importance to
the customer and the
business needs.
This training makes
extensive use of hands-on
exercises, utilizing the
project and data candidates
bring to class. Some
projects will be advanced
significantly during the
training period as teams
will be applying the newly
learned techniques on their
projects. Space is available
on a first-come, first-serve
