Continental Breakfast Break I

Assorted cold juices: orange, apple, cranberry, grapefruit.
Continental Breakfast Break II
Same as Continental Breakfast Break I except with fruit tray.
Breakfast Break III
Coffee, regular and decaf and hot water with tea bags.
Includes creamer, stirrers, sugar and cups.
Setups
will include napkins, small paper plates, paper cups, stirrers, plastic forks &
knives. Danish, bagels, muffins, donuts and hard rolls will be served unwrapped.
SNACK
Snack Break I
Assorted fresh baked cookies/brownies.
Assorted 12 oz. cans of soda (bottled water)
Snack Break II
Assorted vegetable and fruit with dip platter.
Assorted cans of sodas (bottled water).
Snack Break III
Pepperoni, cheese and cracker platter.
Assorted cans of soda or coffee.
Snack Break IV
Combination of afternoon snacks II and III.
Afternoon/Evening Snack V
Hot hors d'oeuvres - choice of 4 but not limited to: Buffalo wings, stuffed
mushrooms, kabobs, chicken tenders or filled breads. Customer suggestions will
be considered.
Assorted cans of soda, coffee, regular & decaf, tea.
LIGHT LUNCH
Lunch Break I
Assorted 6" hard roll (wraps and bread may be substituted) sandwiches: turkey,
ham, roast beef, veggie and tuna. All sandwiches will include 4 oz. of meat,
American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard packets, bag of chips and a
cookie. Assorted cans of cold soda (bottled water).
Lunch Break II
Lunch break I with cup of soup
Lunch Break III
Chicken Caesar or chef’s salad (to include ham, turkey and cheese) with roll and
butter, dressing packets and a cookie. Assorted cans of cold soda (bottled
water)
Lunch Break IV
Cold cut platter: turkey, ham, roast beef and tuna to include: lettuce, tomato,
and cheese with hard rolls/breads. Includes packets of mustard and mayo. Choice
of garden salad, potato salad, macaroni salad or cole slaw. Chef's choice of
dessert. Assorted cans of cold sodas (bottled water).
Lunch Break V
Box lunch to include turkey, ham or roast beef sandwich on a hard roll, bag of
chips, cookie, piece of fruit, packet of mayo and mustard, napkin, straw and can
of soda.
Lunch Break VI
Pizza (based on 2 pcs. per person), tossed salad with dressing, cookie and can
of soda.
Setups will include serving tray for sandwiches, napkins, small/large paper
plates, paper cups, plastic forks and knives, salt and pepper.
LUNCHEON/DINNER BUFFET
Luncheon/Dinner Buffet I
Roasted boneless breast of chicken or stuffed boneless breast of chicken, small
garden salad with dressing, chefs choice of cooked vegetables, roasted potatoes,
dinner rolls with butter and chef's choice of dessert. Assorted sodas, ice
water, regular & decaf coffee and tea. If served
Luncheon/Dinner Buffet II
Stuffed Shells, lasagna, vegetable lasagna or ziti, garden salad with dressing,
dinner rolls/garlic bread with butter/margarine, chef's choice of dessert.

Luncheon/Dinner Buffet III
Chicken or beef stir fry with vegetables, salad with dressing, seasoned rice,
rolls or garlic bread with butter, chef's choice of dessert. Assorted sodas, ice

Choice of two entrees with pasta: Roasted breast of chicken, sausage & peppers,
Sirloin tips teriyaki or Baked scrod, salad, chef's choice of vegetable, dinner
