Instructions
for Waiving Sickness Insurance:
SICKNESS INSURANCE
is billed to all Full-time students, and is mandatory UNLESS waiver is
submitted online at
CentralPipeline prior
to the start of the term. If waived in the Fall term, waiver will carry
over into the following Spring term. Please be sure to pay all
remaining charges that may be due after submitting waiver.

Login to
CentralPipeline
at
http://pipeline.ccsu.edu,
using student BlueNet ID and Password*.

Select the Student tab.

Select the link Sickness
Insurance Waiver from the menu on the left under WebCentral-
Banner Web for Students

Complete the online form with your
current health insurance information and click Submit.

INFORMATION HAS BEEN SAVED
will appear in red above the form.

PLEASE PRINT A COPY OF THE FORM, INCLUDING THE
"INFORMATION HAS BEEN SAVED" MESSAGE, AND SAVE FOR YOUR RECORDS.

Waiver should be applied to your
account within 24 hours.
