DanCentral is a student organization that provides an opportunity in dancing, creating, performing as well as producing and participating in many unique Dance in Education events.  In the past, DanCentral has toured over 40 public schools in Connecticut giving lectures, demonstrations and workshops. Also, DanCentral has produced shows bringing internationally acclaimed companies (such as Jennifer Muller/The Works, The National Jamaican Dance Theatre and Babatunde Olatunji) to the New Britain/Greater Hartford communities.

On April 16, 2004, DanCentral and SGA presented "Spirit in Motion" under the direction of Catherine Fellows.
