Central Connecticut State University offers its full-time undergraduate students the opportunity to register for courses at other local institutions: Capital Community College, Goodwin College, Hartford Seminary, Saint Joseph College, Trinity College, University of Connecticut and University of Hartford. Courses, which may be taken on a space-available basis, include those in languages, religious studies, women’s studies and urban studies. Full credit is offered and generally there are no extra fees involved.

The Hartford Consortium for Higher Education, the sponsor of the cross-registration program, publishes the undergraduate course lists. The brochure with the course lists for Spring 2004, as well as the procedures for registering, will be available at the Registrar’s office during the first week of November. As of November 8, 2003, the list will also be available on the Consortium Website, www.hartnet.org/hche (click on “cross-registration”). Forms for registering under this program are also available in the Registrar’s office.

If you have any questions about cross-registration, you may call the Registrar or you may call Hartford Consortium office at 860 906-5016.
