- Study Abroad Application Tips -

Welcome to the world of Study Abroad!

Studying abroad does require some advance planning:

·      Attend an Information Session to pick-up an application, plus learn more about the study abroad sites and the selection process.

·      Choose a program by researching your program options in the Study Abroad Library, which contains the guides and course catalogs from our international partner universities.

·      Meet with your Academic Advisor to discuss and plan the academic component of your preferred study abroad programs.

·      Meet the International Education Coordinator, as needed, to discuss the programs of interest to you.

·      Submit your complete application by April 1 to be considered for all Fall and Spring programs for the following academic year.

·      Make an appointment with the Financial Aid Office, if you have questions about your CCSU financial aid options.

·      Application Interviews will take place in April.

·      Those students accepted for the Study Abroad Program should plan to attend the first Orientation Session in May on a date to be announced.
