• UPBC meets January 21 and February 4 to discuss strategic plan and provide guidance to steering committee

February 4-18

• Steering committee to craft first draft of strategic plan
• UPBC to discuss draft at February 18 meeting

February 18- March 17

• Draft will be presented and discussed at two open faculty and staff meetings

March 17

• Draft will be revised based on faculty feedback
• Revised draft will be presented to faculty senate for recommendations
• Final draft will be presented to the president and his staff

April-July

Assuming some degree of faculty consensus and presidential approval, task forces willbeing working on implementation.
